Jo was born and raised in Minnesota but landed in Warsaw 20 years ago. She has been married to Bryan for 33 years, they have 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren. She most recently served for 12 years in operations and administration with a local not for profit baseball ministry. She very much enjoys time with her family and grandchildren, as well as running, cruiser biking and playing disc golf with her husband. Jo and Bryan are members of Christ’s Covenant Church. She is excited to play a part of furthering the mission of Raise The Dough!

Rachel Cole

Rachel Cole grew up in the Warsaw area and recently graduated from Grace College. She and her husband, Noah, met there and were married in July of 2020. They are currently located in Mishawaka, where they are involved in their local church. They are very close with their families and enjoy camping, board games, and watching football with them. Rachel is so excited to be a part of Raise the Dough and cannot wait to see how God will work through the RTD team.

Education:  BS Management from Grace College. MBA from Grace College.

Tobe moved to Winona Lake, IN in 2001 from his hometown of Fremont, Ohio to attend Grace College. He met his wife Jaclyn on campus and they were married a week after graduation. They have three children and desire to teach them how to love others well, as they have been loved. As recipients of God’s grace, they were moved to launch this non-profit to help couples raise funds for adoption.

Brian Catron

Education: BA in Psychology, Sociology, and Interpersonal Relations – Ball State University

Brian has been married to Diane since 1989.  They have four children; one son and three daughters and a grandson named Finley.  He graduated from Ball State University in 1989 with a degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Interpersonal Relations. Brian has been a member of Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church for over a decade and currently serves on the Care Commission there.  In addition, he teaches and is heavily involved in children’s ministries at the Church.  Brian has served on several boards and was grateful for his time spent with the team at the Kosciusko County Right to Life, now North Central Indiana Right to Life.

Marla grew up in Vienna, Austria, and met her husband, Daniel, at Grace College. Daniel and Marla have lived in the Warsaw/Winona Lake area most of their married life where they own and operate two local businesses. During the process of adopting their daughter, Marla often thought how helpful it would be if there were an organization to assist families financially who are navigating this complicated and expensive process. She is excited to see Raise the Dough fill this need by supporting and encouraging others in their adoption journey.

A lifelong resident of Warsaw, Brandon recently left his career as a firefighter to run the family business with his wife, Angie. Brandon and Angie have been married over 22 years and have four children: Jacob, Wendy, Liza, and Yohannes. God led Brandon and Angie into being adoptive parents in 2014, a journey that has brought them great challenge but even greater joy. Brandon is actively involved at Warsaw Community church where he has played drums on the praise team since 1997, and also joined the Elder board two years ago. He is also currently on the Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory Board. In his spare time Brandon loves being in the Rocky Mountains with his family.

Art has an extensive career in the financial sector, working within the orthopaedic industry, for the church, and at higher education institutions across the Midwest. He married his college sweetheart, Stephanie, and they have 6 children with another one expected this year. They have a passion to see children raised in homes with loving parents. The mission of this organization propels Art to work so faithfully so as to see that no child is without a parent.

Mallika Klingaman

Mallika has been married to her husband Jason since 2005 and they have three children, Austin, Serena and Priya. After leaving her job as a Senior Admissions Counselor at Manchester University to raise a family, Mallika has volunteered extensively in the Warsaw/ Winona Lake community. In her free time, Mallika enjoys taking hikes, bike rides and spending time outdoors with her family. She is excited to see the financial needs of adoptive families being met through Raise the Dough and being a small part of their journey to adopt.

Jennifer has a passion for child welfare and adoption and has a heart for families seeking to adopt. Jennifer was adopted as a teenage and being accepted into that forever home changed the trajectory of her life and she is excited to be a part of an organization that will impact the lives of other needy children and seeking families. Jennifer is happily married to Jeffery, and they have one daughter, LeAnn. The Naues recently moved to Winona Lake but have been involved in the community for the past three years. Jennifer practices law in Warsaw and enjoys the challenge of private practice in different legal fields. Jennifer and her family enjoy hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and extended family in their spare time.
